Do you host animals? Sorry, No.

Do you accept bookings with children? No between 2 and 12 years of age.

How is the parking situation? We do not have private parking available on the property but in the side streets in front of the B&B there are free parking spaces without restrictions. It is not possible to leave your car on Bridge Street due to heavy bus traffic and wheelchair access. Upon advance request, it will be possible to park motorcycles only inside the property. Taking into consideration the respect of our privacy.

How do you check in and check out? And what are the hours? The B&B is equipped with Smart locks, on the day of your arrival you will be sent a message with all the information for your stay and your personal access code. A link in the message will allow you to see a short demonstration video on YOUTUBE with how the lock works (a video will be sent directly to anyone who owns whatsApp). In this way you will be completely independent and free to check in and out. Check in/out times are: arrival 2.00 pm, departure 10.00 am.

How are direct bookings handled? From the moment you contact us and ascertain that the requested dates are available, you will be booked and the dates will be blocked with your personal data (name, surname, email address and telephone number). 5 days before your arrival you will be sent a link to pay for the reservation. From that moment you will have 24 hours to make the payment. If the amount is paid, the reservation will become permanent and non-refundable. If payment is not received within the established terms, the room or rooms will be put up for sale and your reservation will be cancelled. This reservation policy will always be valid without exception in the months from April to October and from December 15th to January 10th. If your booking is imminent and there are no 5 days in advance, you will be sent the payment link to be made immediately. For those who need an invoice, they must communicate it promptly, the same procedure will be carried out but the payment link will be found inside the invoice itself.
